Veterans Affairs Medical Center - Aurora, CO

 Construction Advisor Services (Architect/General Contractor Budget Reconciliation Process) for the new 1,300,000 sq. feet Veteran Affairs Medical Center located in Aurora, Colorado. This project consists  of nine buildings with three above grade parking structures which includes a concourse which connects the buildings for visitors and staff. Site development includes diagnostic treatment facilities, clinical office building facilities, inpatient care facilities which address all levels of care,  research and laboratories buildings, and specific energy features such as photo-voltaic panels and solar concentrators to help cut back on costs.
