About the Team

Project Executive
The direct and principle contact for the client on assignments; including overview of budget estimating, pricing, value engineering with specific emphasis on procurement, cost and schedule monitoring, as well as final commissioning and closeout.

Technical Services
Responsible for providing in-depth review of Architectural Design Documents and project manual with specific emphasis on building envelope system, constructability details, as well as exterior enclosure QA/QC monitoring.

 

Cost Estimator
Responsible for in-depth review of documents, providing complete detailed quantity estimates for each trade for budgeting purposes, and assists with the bid procurement of each trade, along with change order review.

 

MEP Systems Specialist
Reviews MEP/Specialty System documents and provides MEP/Specialty System Budgets, value engineering recommendations, MEP System procurement mechanical coordination, and MEP submittal management, as well as final commissioning.

 

Senior Superintendent
Directly responsible for site logistics planning, project schedule input, material/personnel hoisting plan, on-site project operations as well as assisting with the preconstruction phase, constructability details, construction phasing, procurement, in depth scope review meetings with the sub contractors, along with schedule monitoring and final completion.

 

Contract Administrator
Responsible for working with the Project Executive and Senior Project Manager during the negotiating of the Owner Contract Agreement, Owner Project Insurance Program, as well as assisting with the procurement phase, and final subcontract awards for the project.

 

Senior Project Manager
Directly responsible for day to day project operations of all trades on assignments; including assisting Project Executive with the procurement phase, in depth sub contractor scope review meetings, value engineering, final sub-Contract awards, monthly cost and schedule monitoring, as well as final closeout.

 

Project Superintendent (Core & Shell)
Directly responsible for the on-site day to day project operations including site logistics planning, project schedule monitoring, material and personnel hoisting plan, coordinating all trades on-site, construction phasing, assisting with procurement, and in depth scope review meetings with the sub contractors, along with safety monitoring and final completion.

 

Project Superintendent (Int. Finishes)
Responsible for working with both the Senior Superintendent and MEP System Coordinator during the interior build-out phase of the project including final turn over, co-ordination of FF&E, as well as completing the final punch list.

 

Construction Scheduler
Works closely with the Project Executive, Project Manager and Senior Superintendent, as well as the Project Design Team to prepare the project master schedule, along with monitoring and providing updates on a monthly basis.
