Prentice Hospital Renovation - Chicago, IL
Owner Representative services including Pre-Construction and Development of Guaranteed Maximum Price for the renovation of the existing seventeen story, one million square foot state-of-the-art hospital which includes a basement and a penthouse dedicated to provide specialized health care services for women. This project is the first LEED certified hospital in Illinois and the largest LEED certified hospital in the country. The structure consists of steel floor framing, concrete elevator shafts, and a tunnel which connects the new hospital to the rest of Northwestern Memorial Hospital campus. The comprehensive facility also includes ambulatory care, patient care, nursing units, therapeutic and diagnostic services, physician offices, administrative services, as well as, offers the largest breast cancer center and special care infant center in the country.
